Changes to Ticketing and Performances This Season

With COVID, the way the Choir handles tickets and performances is different this year. It’s a bit complicated, so bear with us. Here’s the breakdown:

  • Audience capacity is 150 patrons per concert per our venues.
  • Tickets are date-specific and must be purchased for one of the three concerts.
  • All audience members must wear masks and socially distance. Vaccinations are encouraged but not required.
  • There are no printed tickets this year. All sales will be online or over the phone (303-892-5922) and must be paid for prior to the concert. A list of all paid ticket holders will be at will call; no printed confirmation is required at the door. General ticket sales begin November 1, 2021.
  • At-the-door sales will only be available if tickets are still available. Should a concert sell out, we will notify our audience on our website and through our mailing list.
  • Please email choir@thecoloradochoir.org with any questions.

The legalese:

  • Neither The Colorado Choir and Chorus Organization, its board of directors, nor its hosting venues can be held liable for any COVID-19 exposure, transmission, or infection that comes as a result of attending in-person rehearsals, concerts, or choir functions. All who attend these sessions do so at their own risk.
  • All persons must abide by venue, choir board, and CDC stated COVID-19 protocols and restrictions.
  • Tickets are non-refundable but you may give your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend. Please contact the choir with that person’s name.
  • Please do not attend if you are sick, showing any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms, or have recently been exposed to COVID-19.
  • Thank you for your understanding and for your patronage.

My favorite event of the holiday season is the choir’s Christmas performance. It has become a tradition for us to attend because it provides a lovely start to holiday festivities. The choir’s music is inspirational and awe-inspiring. Their sound fills the church and fills the heart.

I took my wife and sister-in-law to this concert. It was truly awesome. They sang how I imagine angels sing in Heaven.

I have been an ongoing fan of the Colorado Choir and thank our close friend Becky McGurk for providing us tickets. We frequently attend the Christmas concert as it gets us in the spirit of the holiday. We plan to take our grandson to the March concert as he is very involved in the music program at North High School. We want him to experience the sounds of a beautiful choir. Looking forward to another great evening of music.

I have attended the Colorado Choir concerts for the past 20 years. The Christmas Concert is so joyful and very rich in sound it always starts my Christmas Season. This Christmas I understand the choir will perform songs in French, Latin and Russian and during the Winter and Spring concerts will add a Spanish piece to the repertoire. This choir is spectacular.

I have been attending their concerts for a couple years now, their Christmas concert is always very well done and the online will call purchase is really convenient.

Interesting, varied repertoire in a beautiful setting. Thank you for the music!

My husband and I attended the Colorado Choir’s Christmas concert. When the first song was over the audience sat stunned. It took a few seconds for the applause to burst out because the performance was superb! It was a multicultural event as well! I recommend that everybody go and listen to the Colorado Choir.

The Colorado Choir is really something else. A family member of mine has been signing with them for years and I look forward to listening to them at each of their annual concerts. It’s a unique experience worth enjoying!

Evan C.

Sang in the choir in a recent season and it was one of the best decisions that I have made in a long time. It really rekindled my love of music. If you have the opportunity to hear the choir, you definitely should it’s a group of overwhelmingly passionate local musicians that want to share lovely music with the community!
